Wordpress Database Issue

Hi, I have uploaded wordpress to my addon domain tubesocks.ml but im having problems connection to the mysql database so cannot continue with the installation

I have also tried entering the details manually into wp-config.php but get an error message “Error establishing a database connection”

Any ideas ?

Maybe there is a problem with Database Connection, try again and tell me what it shows.

Ok glad it works.
I had the same issue, but it was only a temporary problem from SQL Server.
If you have any other problem, don’t hesitate to ask the community here :smile:

If someone else has the issue, please enable debug mode in WordPress so you can see the actual error message, then compare it with this article: https://infinityfree.net/support/common-mysql-errors/

There was a problem with Byet/iFastnet SQL servers that they provide to InfinityFree.
It only happened in the early and middle hours of the day, and now it is solved.
