Wordpress Page Load - Very Slow

I’m currently having an issue with my site [https://peaceful.ie ] that it is very slow, sometimes the page doesn’t even load. It is using Wordpress, I’ve written a post about it that has helped slightly, but I’m considering paying for infinityfree premium, if that were to make it load faster? Please let me know, thank you.
