Wordpress Problem

My problem is the following, following the problem with the ZIP extension, I unintentionally deleted my site. (I kept everything of course), I recreated a Wordpress but the page that appears is this one.

Yes, the ZIP, ZipArchive and ZLIB modules are currently missing on free hosting. This is a known issue and we’re working on it. We already posted an announcement about this, but since people don’t seem to read outage announcements, here is a second announcement with a harder to miss title.
