This appears whenever I install any plugin and wordpress do not update also.
This is a known system issue, As of now, the only way to INSTALL and UPDATE plugins and themes is doing it manually;

Even on uploading a plugin manually does not work!
Hello, you have to unzip, and upload any themes, plugins to your site manually by using a FTP client like FileZilla.
You should not upload the zip file because it will not work, file won’t be unzipped on the server due to missing extension.
