Wordpress site corrupted following upgrade

Upgrading to new Wordpress version did not complete
Debug mode is throwing up errors from Settings.php saying other .php files are missing (presumably new php files required in the new version that have not been installed)

Thanks for the prompt replies
Have have manually uploaded the new folders via FTP, but none of the HTDOCS files as yet. I now have a functional admin page with pages etc intact. But the website now gives me:

Please upload all the files. A lot of those errors may be because the system cannot find the file.

Quite correct. I decided to continue with the top level files and once I selected a theme (20222) the site is alive. Many thanks!
