How do I solve this problem?

Yes, I downloaded WooCommerce manually via filezilla because he always didn’t want to downloaded with plugins

Please check out the article that @FlutterHoney has posted above. It takes you step by step though the process of solving this issue. If you get stuck, be sure to tell us exactly where is the process!
Thanks

okay thanks ,But I want to ask you, if I delete a plugin, will I lose everything related to this plugin, because I installed woocommerce, if I delete it and install it again, will I lose everything like my products, pictures and everything

Most of the information is located in the database, and not the files. Reinstalling the files should not mess everything up.

Now when I click “Edit with Elementor” or something to edit it, the same problem appears

The same article from above still applies.

Elementor is also not recommended for use here because of its high usage requirements. Please try re-installing it.

Lastly, please do not ping people, we will see this topic when we are online.
