The password of the WordPress dashboard is the one you set up during WordPress installation. If you forgot it you need to follow this article, but from the step 4, to reset your password, then log in with the new password.

But that won’t work if the PHP mail() function doesn’t send most emails to your email account. That reason is explained here and that’s why you need to follow the specific part of article that I linked to to reset the password.
