I can´t upload an image or installing a plugins in my wordpress sites:

When i tried it said failed to write to disk. The images and plugins size is not bigger than 10MB and the problem begin today.
I have tried to use the FTP to verify the permissions of folders and files and everything is fine.
Error when i upload the plugings: "The package can not be installed”
Error when I try to upload some picture: “Failed to write file to disk”
Searching on google and infinityfree support forum, i found that need to contact the hosting provider and ask them to empty the temporary files directory. Help with this please.
