Would like to remove my domain from the list, i.e. Addon Domain

When I’m trying to remove the domain name from the Addon Domain’s list, it says : “You currently have email addresses created on this domain, these will need to be removed ; or in EMAIL FORWARDERS before the domain can be removed.”

When I tried removing the email accounts, it’s not working. It’s giving this error : “Sorry due to spam issues email accounts are no longer supported, please consider uprading your account if this is required”

Please help!

The creation of new email accounts is supposed to be disabled, because of the very poor deliverability and the overall limited experience of the webmail setup. However, it appears that the entire section was disabled, not just the creation of new email accounts.

I’ve asked iFastNet to change this.
