I received an error saying this action is disabled by the administrator when try ti to reach my wp-mail in my WordPress

What can I do please to fix this

Where do you see this error? What action were you trying to complete?

For free accounts mail service disable. For wordpress u can use third party mail provider!

Sendinblue or sendgrid like this.
They will provide SMTP server for you.

You need to install an SMTP plugin for WordPress, then find an SMTP provider (A free Gmail account will do)
