Www.example.com shows error

So I have a small problem with my domain.
When I go to my domain like this (example.com) the site loads. When I add www to it (www.example.com) it shows a Cloudflare error saying the site cannot be reached.

I have Cloudflare enabled and a valid SSL certificate.
I do not know how to fix it. Please help with this.

nevermind, i fixed it by re-installing cloudflare
