Hmm, it does look like our nameservers don’t contain the right DNS records for your domain. Can you please try to remove the domain from your account and then add it again? That should add the missing records.

Go to your Control Panel, then click on “Addon Domains”, click on “Delete” near the domain you want to delete, put your domain without www in the text field and click on “Add Domain”, and after that upload your website files to yourdomain/htdocs folder with your FTP client, where yourdomain can be replaced with your domain.

Not there! You should go on the “Addon Domains” section of the Control Panel to do it!
