it’s possible that you have a problematic plugin and for that reason you can not access
to admin login page
TURN ON DEVELOP. MODE IN CLOUDFLARE

come over FTP in the wp-content/plugins/
rename that folder to pluginsXXX
and then try login at admin page
if you can login after that
then return the original folder name
and remove the plugins through dashboard

i am using cloudflare in betwen hosting and domain not from infinity panel direct from cloudflair. com so may be it is a problem
and i have added cloud flare name servers in my domain name not for infinityfree
OMG 
Within 10 hours I have seen more than 5 versions of the problem
from CF ray with DNS errors and some 5xx
to a white page that actually does this if you click ctrl + F5
i am reseting every thing i will try from different account
