Extort money? How so? As far as I know, you don’t need to pay to submit a review request and you don’t need to submit credit card details before staff will reactivate your account.
I know there are plenty of things we don’t do as well as everyone might prefer, but we’re not that useless we’re trying to take your money without actually doing any attempts to make you pay.
