You need to edit NS on your domain name registrar and not on Cloudflare

If you bought a domain on Cloudflare then this is not possible.

it is ready to add the domain here to the system

And then when you add the domain here to the system, (and you get an IP*)
you can return the NS to those from Cloudflare.
