It seems that your host has disabled the WordPress 5.5 version from Softaculous admin panel, please refer the below guide and ask your host to enable the WordPress 5.5 version:

Wordpress is more than 10MB, upload it manually using an FTP client like Filezilla.

I have updated my wordpress to version 5.5 and it still come up with the same error

Do it bit by bit, uploading it all at once won’t work as it is still more than the 10MB limit.

We’re aware of the issue and are working on getting WordPress 5.5 in Softaculous.
so, do we have an update now since it has been 8 days?
Yep,you can now update in Softaculous
so what if i get the critical error when i try to install it without updateing? what do you think might be the cause?
