You’ll have to remove the domain on a hosting account on the hosting service you were hosting the website before, but that is of the same hosting platform as ours, in order to add it here on InfinityFree.

Of course the domain is already assigned an in use. That’s because the domain name is already assigned to one of your hosting accounts on your own profile.

You can only host a domain name on our platform once. If you want to move it to another account, you’ll have to delete it from the previous account first.

Note that deleting domains from suspended accounts is not possible.
