This is a free master resource for all types of community leaders and educated working professionals.  We have many specialists whom have contributed to this free document publically updated and improved every year: indigenous academic professors, traveling humanitarian PhD's working on the ground, seasoned former aid workers or Special Force soldiers involved in psychological operations and counter-terrorism campaigns, physicians and nurses, Mayors of small towns and cities, water sanitation specialists and public policy analysts.  And it is all here, professional, organized, and free for you right now.

The Table of Contents is below, and we recommend sending it out to at least one person on each street or small village in your community to get these brilliant, effective free projects moving to help stop issues of disease, violence, terrorism, corruption, prejudice/discrimination and lack of communication among local leaders.
