Can i install a Digicert certificate for my free subdomain ? will the admin of the domain validate my subdomian soo Digicert may proceed with sending of my certificate ?

If you can get your certificate authority to send the email verification to an address you can receive email on, then you can validate your domain name.
Domain validation requests sent to us are discarded without completing verification. We will not authorize people to validate themselves as owners of epizy.com or rf.gd (you are not, after all). And even if we do receive a validation request for a specific subdomain, we have no way to verify it’s actually requested by the website owner and not a hacker (and we are not going to chase people to figure that out).
