On clicking ‘Chat’ in the navigation bar, it shows 403 forbidden error. This is a weavy chat being integrated into website ecomm.great-site.net. I checked with weavy support team who checked and informed that server is accepting request, but does not authorise it for some reason, could be mismatched configuration or third-party permission or some other permission to be granted. We ran code several times, found no issue.
Both weavy and myself need to know what’s happening actually? Rest of website is working smoothly. I will upgrade website in June/July/August. Without upgrading, will records be written to DB to check if code works smoothly or not? Just one record would do.
