I have an admin page where I receive notifications for my users’ complaints and messages and I am supposed to access each user’s message via the following link: nairatreasure.ga/admin/chat.php?email=<?=$notify['sender']?>
Each time I try to access my chat page using the link, a ‘403 Forbidden’ error occurs. please tell me what to do because I need to reply my users’ messages

That’s because you have a word chat in the name of that file.
Chat script is not allowed and protection sys. probably think it’s about it
rename that file to something else
