404 error

Hi!
I cant reach my page. I saw that there were/are some issues with some IP address, but i didnt see that one in the list, what my page shows… ( IP Address 185.27.134.113)

Website URL: fotokzg.epizy.com

Error message what i see:
" Ez a(z) fotokzg.epizy.com oldal nem található
Nem található weboldal az internetcímen:http://fotokzg.epizy.com/
HTTP ERROR 404"

Other Information

I can reach the site via FTP - but as a HTML webpage - it is unreachable.
(I dont edit it since the last time when it was worked correctly, so i think the problem is not in my side… )

This means that there are no files on your site. Since you cannot access FTP, you will just have to wait for a fix. After FTP comes back online, you will need to upload your site files.

He said he can access FTP ;-;

I checked your file manager and that works, so the FTP itself seems to work. There are also plenty of files there, and a quite comprehensive .htaccess file, so if I had to guess I would say that some of those rules may be the culprit.

If you’re still having trouble with FTP, please see this guide for some workarounds:

Dear Admin! Who talked about FTP error??? Please read before answer…

I said i can reach via FTP and all my files are there, and i didnt do any modification from the last time, when it was worked. BUT The site doesnt load when we call the domain name… it show only error message.
“Ez a(z) fotokzg.epizy.com oldal nem található
Nem található weboldal az internetcímen:http://fotokzg.epizy.com/
HTTP ERROR 404”

So : The browser said there is no website on that domain name…

Facts:

  • i dont do any modification in any files, and last time the site was worked correctly.

  • I have an other domain name to www.fotokzg.com- what was worked correctly with that site for years… - now it doesnt work too.

(Anyway htaccess file is a simple htaccess what a Drupal system generate automatically. It worked correctly for years… )

if something is changed then it could be in your system…

I’m sorry, I misread that part.

Small correction: the server says there is no page on that URL. The browser has nothing to do with it.

It contains over 150 lines of rules. I wouldn’t call that “simple”. WordPress has a simple .htaccess file: it is under 10 lines.

OK, I checked a bit more careful this time.

What’s odd is that a 404 error is returned, but the content is blank and some additional headers are included that are not part of our server configuration. What’s more is that static files can be loaded without any issues, like on this URL: http://fotokzg.epizy.com/INSTALL.txt

So even though you didn’t change anything, it would seem that the 404 error is generated by Drupal.

I have basically no experience with Drupal so I don’t really know why this would happen. But the “white screen of death” seem to be fairly well documented by Drupal themselves:
