Access to file manager

Hi there,
Maybe you can advise on this…
I have been running a hobby-related webpage hosted at infinityfree for a few years and never had any issues with updating. But when I last tried to access the control panel, I cannot access the tools to upload and manage my files (I noticed this about two days ago; I never changed any passwords, and all worked well before). I read some recent posts here about that there are some issues with cpanel, etc., but then lost the track.
Can someone please advise about how to proceed?

Try to reset your password from the client area. Then try again to login
