My account was banned for no reason, it has been unbanned. I tried to get into Cpanel and it’s banned. Please unban my account.

Can you follow the template please? If you don’t provide a username/domain, not a single person here knows what account you are talking about. And if you got banned, please open a support ticket in the client area.

My account was unbanned, but on Cpanel it’s still banned. i.e I can connect to the file system but not Cpanel.
If the client area shows you account as active, something must have gotten messed up. Admin will take a look when he comes online.

It looks like your account was suspended again. Your account is reactivating now though!
