Hi, my site has been disabled yesterday so today I bought a premium package given that I am comfortable with your service. Now my account has been suspended again despite being no longer a free hosting but “Infinity” and I had all the available resources well. Are a bit 'tired of this problem, my users are complaining. The site is now being redirected to http://suspendeddomain.org/e/ and cpanel me the page “Your free hosting account is suspended for reaching a daily resource limit” is ridiculous. For what I paid?
Where did you buy a premium package? If you got an account with iFastNet, have you asked iFastNet about this? You paid them, not us, so I can’t help you if they haven’t migrated your site properly. If you got an account at XVHOST, I can help you, but I would like to ask you to submit a ticket from your xvhost.com client area so we can sort this out.
