but still in the search engine crawling directory ? how to fix

Pray to the Googley gods that they crawl your website again soon?
It can take a while for search engine indexes to update.

You can also go to Google search console, upload a site map, and request them to index your site again.

and then you remove the addresses concerning the dir listing
