i am encountering this issue when I try to download any file fro the file manager.
“An unknown error occurred during download”
Try to download them one by one instead of selecting all.
I would recommend you to use FTP to download or upload your files.

The online file manager hasn’t been good these days. Try using an appication like Filezilla, for fast and efficient downloads. Online FTPs these days aren’t very good.
