Tengo un problema con mi página, he subido los archivos a la carpeta htdocs > jomla, pero cuando intento entrar mediante la URL:
joseberdote22.epizy.com
me da un error:
The website’s configuration prevents you from accessing this page.
¿Que podría hacer para solucionarlo?

Probably because there is no index.php or index.html inside htdocs folder

Ya he instalado joomla desde Softaculous Apps Installer y ahora me aparece el siguiente error:
The website’s configuration prevents you from accessing this page.

The Softaculous application installer is already installed and now I get the following error:

should I upload the joomla files also to the Softaculous folder or is it enough to have them in htdocs> joomla?
Softaculous do it self
besides, you do not have the authority to upload files there (in softaculous folder)
Uninstall Joomla via Softaculous
Delete all files that remained in htdocs
Reinstall Joomla via Softaculous - but this time leave in directory field blank
so it installs on your domain root not in subfolder jooomla (I guess that suits you)
