I used to do backups of my website with softaculous and it saved my website sometimes but now it
it seems that the backup option has disappeared from the softaculous interface.
Could this option be reactivated soon ?
InfinityFree doens’t provide backups storage or something for backups, you should do it on your own, there’s knowledge base article about it also:

I don’t think the backups were supposed to be enabled to begin with. Storing backups takes a lot of server space, and we cannot store multiple copies of your website for you for free. I don’t think it will be brought back.
