If you deleted it from the system, then you need to add it again
(free subdomain - desired name).
If you deleted the folder (home dir) in which the subdomain and website were located, then you need to create that folder with the appropriate name again
and re-upload all the other files that were inside if you have a backup
Adding to what Oxy posted:
Take note that the epizy.com domain was already gone and no more subdomains can be created on that due to the massive abuse, causing the domain to have a really bad reputation.
So if you deleted that domain (not the files in the second scenario), you cannot recover it. You’ll have better luck to use a new subdomain instead.
