Can i create a Proxy?

Hello to all. I live in Iran and as you know we are facing severe internet problems. I also have a host on InfinityFree and built my WordPress website. Can I create a proxy or VPN for personal use on my mobile phone or computer through hosting or WordPress? Is there a solution? Thanks. PEACE

You can install a VPN to access your site, yes.

If you are asking about installing something server-side, that is not possible.
