Can’t connect to the server

Hello,

Since 2 days I get the error “can’t connect to the server at jim.42web.io”
The status of the account is “Active” but the website cannot be accessed.
Could anyone help solving this problem?

It seems like the domain your subdomain is in is not Active at the moment, so you’ll need to wait until the owner of 42web.io (that can be either the admin or iFastNet’s admin) unsuspends or renews the domain again.
