Cannot connect to FTP using Filezilla

My website URL is: http://verge.rf.gd

What I’m seeing is:

Status: Waiting to retry…
Status: Resolving address of ftpupload.net
Status: Connecting to 81.99.162.48:21…
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

I’m using this software: FileZilla

Ive tried the steps on: Help, I cannot connect to FTP - Docs - InfinityFree Forum

Try to connect to 185.27.134.11 with the same FTP client you used before and see if it works.
