cannot connect to my database

i have a problem to connect mydatabase.

Something went wrong: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1044] Access denied for user ‘rfgd_19806343’@‘192.168.0.%’ to database ‘rfgd_19806343_flarum’

Why i have the IP adress with 192.168.0.% in the error message ?

The IP address in the error message is normal, that’s just system configuration. However, I cannot find a database with the name rfgd_19806343_flarum. Can you please correct that?
