If you didn’t change the account, then someone else with access to your client area profile must have done so. Because if you check your client area profile right now, you’ll see very clearly that the account is currently deactivated.
yes i did deactivate the account im sorry for the misunderstanding what i meant was i had just been able to reply and no i do not need anymore help with this post and that i have changed the account
