Cannot delete folder

I cannot delete any file because of this error

Command:	DELE filename.example
Response:	550 Could not delete filename.example: Disk quota exceeded

I’m using this software:
Filezilla or Monsta

EDIT: Although I know this is only updated daily my inode count in the vista panel is: 0 % (6 of 30019)

Yes i have read them but i cannot delete any files to reduce the inode count. And for referance even though it’s probably out of date my inode count is 0 % (6 of 30019)

I can check and see what’s going on with that account. Can you please specify which account is having this problem? I can’t find any domain or username in your original post.
