Cannot install Woocommerce

I have installed a new Wordpress site. After installing WP, I try to add “woocommerce” plugin. However, it is not successful.

There is a message “Update fail!”

Also, there is a message saying “Installation failed: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”

But I didn’t get any email. This plugin is a very popular plugin and I noticed many people installing it without any problem. (they are using other web hosting services)

Is there any hint to me?
