Can't access accounts, cpanel and databases

I can’t access app.infinityfree.net/accounts throwing 500 error my website is up but so slow and database nto working properly. but the way i have cloudflare working fine and under attack mode cant see that i have too many visitors, also cant access phpmyadmin and cpanel is too slow im at vol9_5

Update:
There’s no database? “/Unlimited” it should be “1/Unlimited” right if my database got deleted it should be “0/Unlimited” i already tried clearing data/cache

also when i visit my website it is throwing
“SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Temporary failure in name resolution”

This is the same for me, it seems iFastNet’s servers/services are down again.

Update 2021-11-27 at 12:37 UTC: cPanel is back, but unresponsive/non-functional. It appears that MySQL is still not back, though.
