When I try to delete this faulty record I get the error message, but It doesn’t delete the record. I can’t get a self signed certificate.

It does appear that this is a bug in the panel. I’ve passed it on.
That said, this won’t prevent you from getting an SSL certificate. The only thing that matters is that the CNAME record for the specific source host exists. GoGetSSL will only look at the specific record name an ddomain name. They don’t see or care about any other CNAME records, including this one.
The bug has been fixed now, I just deleted the CNAME record you had without issues.
