Sorry but what do you mean exactly??

Did you meant that you can’t lookup your CNAME records? If that’s the case I looked up for any existing CNAME records for your subdomain and it seems like you have one?

If you created that CNAME record recently then take note that usually it takes up to 24 hours until your CNAME records will fully propagate and visible to DNS lookup.
