I’m a new user, both with Infinity hosting and cPanel. I have a domain that’s hosted with GoDaddy and is currently locked so I can’t move it for now. I set up everything on GoDaddy the way I understand it should be for external DNS hosting. When I click to publish my page to americanewsdaily.com in the Infinity Builder, nothing appears to be happening. When I go to my site, I just see the Infinity Hosting page inviting me to create a website.
The website you published with the site builder seems to be working fine, but it’s working on contactus.americanewsdaily.com. If you want to show a website on americanewsdaily.com, please create a new site builder from the client area for americanewsdaily.com.
Why would it switch to the subdomain?
