I tried to upgrade my account and take free domain name. It says it has already taken. But when i try same domain name in ifastnet, it is available. Why?

The upgrade form is backed by the premium systems of iFastNet, and the iFastNet order forms are too, of course.
If there is any discrepancy between the two, maybe you could report this to iFastNet? After all, they are the only people who know how the system works and can fix it.
