Changed the login password

Hi, need help. The problem is that I changed the login password in the back office, I changed it, but it no longer allows me to log in with a new or old password. I click on the “I forgot my password” link and enter the e-mail I used to register and send. I write a letter, but I don’t receive anything in the mail, nor does the letter come anywhere in spam. I can no longer connect to my store’s back office. What to do?

What back office are you talking about? Are you referring to some kind of ecommerce software? If so, it would help a lot if you could share what software you’re using.
