There is an issue with Softaculous at the moment, and the staff are trying to resolve it.

It shouldn;t take more than 48 hours.

dear admin, getting the same issue

seems services are no more there with infinityfree, most of the time getting errors with no soultions.

I hoped I wouldn’t need to quote my reply.

The staff are doing their best to resolve this soon, you cannot do anything about it until it gets resolved.

No solutions? What was your error that cannot get resolved?

When a bug or error is spotted, staff are doing their best to fix it, but sometimes it just needs days or even months to complete the process, because simply the whole system might be needing replacement.
