Hi, I have a question or problem, I do not know how serious, but I continue.

Since I can not upload my certificate .crt here I decided to opt for SSl Shared CloudFlare but I see that the certificate only works in the main domain and in effect works because it changes to HTTPS but in subdomains this is not the case, the Domain with HTTP and without SSL …

Why is this happening?

A few questions:

  • Are you using Cloudflare directly (i.e. using their nameservers) or our control panel integration?
  • Did you try to access https://your-subdomain.your-domain.com or are you just opening the URL without https and do you expect to be redirected?
  • What’s the domain name I can check this issue on?

I’d love to help you, but I need a lot more information to do that.
