Connection Refused errors on many websites

Since 21:20 UTC, approximately 1/3rd of all websites are down.

If your website affected, you’ll likely see an error like:

  • Unable to connect
  • Connection refused
  • ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
  • Error 521: Web server is down

We’re aware of the issue and are trying to get in touch with iFastNet for more information as to what’s causing this or when it will be fixed. I’ll update this topic as soon as I know more.

All websites came back up just after 23:00 UTC. I still don’t know the cause, but it would seem the issue has been resolved for now.

There was another 45 minute outage yesterday afternoon, so you may have been affected by that one.
