couldn't make cURL post requests to file on my domain

Hi

I am trying to programmatically access the file on either of my 2 domains:
comsee.epizy.com/wh_iCount.php
or
comsee.rf.gd/wh_iCount.php

In either case I am receiving a strange HTML document in response (attached below).

What is the reason for this, and is there a way to obtain proper response?

–the HTML response I have been getting:

“This site requires Javascript to work, please enable Javascript in your browser or use a browser with Javascript support”

We use a custom built bot protection system. This system helps to protect your website against content theft and hacking, but it does block automated tools which connect to your account as well. Unfortunately, this system cannot be disabled.

On XVHOST, no such system exists though, so your other software can connect to your account as well.
