Couldn't send file over multipart-data form

I’m trying to send documents over my http form to my server but the tag file sent by me, is ignored by the server, as the content on it. How should I proceed to make it work?

Do you mean you want to sent an http form on a server? Which server? InfinityFree server or your own server/different server?

I cant upload to my own server from my own application.

I have a form on my php file and it upload a file but the $_POST ignore any appended file on submit
