Hi! I’ve been trying to open the cPanel and FTP file manager for an hour now. I have 2 accounts and neither one’s cPanel or Filemanager is working. Can I please have an update!!
What do you mean with “cPanel is not working”. “Not working” does not tell us a lot about the issue itself.

Really sorry, should have elaborated… the website fails to connect, I tried using the FTP from FileZilla too but that also doesn’t connect. All it says is connection failed. The cPanel continuously redirects but at some point of time just says this page can’t be reached
Hm, that’s strange.
For the problem with the cPanel, try clearing cookies and cache that will probably solve that problem.
