Your login details for the Softaculous is the same as your vPanel (Vista Panel) software.
You see a cPanel branding since Softaculous is an integration for the cPanel of iFastNet.
Softaculous is available with the free and paid plan.
If you click the Softaculous button from the control panel, you should be logged in automatically. Does the Softaculous login page show any error message?
